| Room 12 is at the back of the building with a window opening to the "Sunset Deck" and the door opening to the exterior balcony. It shares the bathroom in between with room 11, through a locking hallway door. |
| The bathroom has the original tile floors and a big clawfoot tub with a shower also. Deadbolt locks are on the door and you can lock your room door, too, while using the bathroom. We ask our guests to bring their own towels and toiletries and to keep them in their sleeping rooms so that the bathroom is always clean and fresh for each use. |
